Manor Township Officer Carolyn Gundel was dispatched to a report of a domestic disturbance in the 200 block of Stone Mill Road on Monday, Mar. 14 around 7:15 p.m., according to a release by the department.
During Gundel’s investigation, she determined Alicia Louise Forbes, 37, Lancaster, had committed the above acts.
She was arrested and charged with a felony for Endangering the Welfare of a Child, a misdemeanor for Simple Assault, and a summary offense for Harassment, court records show.
Forbes has been held in the Lancaster County Prison in lieu of $100,000 and her preliminary hearing has been scheduled before Magisterial District Court Judge Joshua R. Keller on Mar. 22 at 9 a.m., according to her most recent court docket.
The whereabouts and medical condition of the children were not released.
Forbes has previous court dockets filed on charges of retail theft, drug possession, and assault.
